I have more than 25 years in dealing with issues involving real estate (as well as dealing in real estate for my own investment portfolio), and several years ago I opened up my own Real Estate Brokerage firm, Barchilon Realty Group, Inc. Along with my wife, Sharron, we operate a small boutique real estate firm helping clients with all types of real property investments.

We specialize in acquisition and sale of medium-priced residential properties in the Phoenix metropolitan area, with our focus being on the Southeast Valley (Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek and Apache Junction (where Sharron and I live right next to the Superstition Mountain)). I have sufficient knowledge about commercial and industrial real estate to know that is not my area of expertise. Just as in my tax and divorce practices, I know when to bow out of an engagement when my knowledge and experience is not sufficient to do justice to the clients needs. In the case where a client is in need of advice and professional help in areas that I do not feel comfortable, I have a wide network of professionals to which I can refer a client so that they get the best professional advice and services available.

Given that all real estate investment can be risky and very complex, and the need for the Realtor&#reg; to fully understand the clients financial and emotional resources/needs/desires, I only provide such services to select clients.
